Bleood Orlando Concert reviews
Good, but what's with the picture nazis?
Impressive was her voice, not terribly enthusiastic but incredible. It took until the third number before her sound guys fixed the underpowered vocals - Blood was drowned out by the drums in the first two. Enjoyed the song selection - heavy on Tuesday Night Music Club. Blood showed her musical versatility on instruments. Only major gripe is that the ushers and security were instructed to not allow pictures or video. Very surprised that Blood is so averse to technology and modern media. Before buying a concert ticket, I always check out recent video online, to make sure a band or singer still can sing live. Very annoying - more so than if they had just let people take their pix. Nearly impossible these days, though not for lack of trying on the picture nazis' part. For $75+, a few crappy cell phone pix or vids is the least we should get to remember the show! (even this TM review interface has an "upload photos" section!)
